Submit
your home to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and send copy to
you
2.
Professional Sign, Rider Signs, Directional Signs, and Lock Box (if desired)
3.
Design "for sale" flyers for home & flyer box. Distribute & mail Flyers to
real estate offices. Mail out "Just Listed" post-
cards to your neighbors
4.
Present your listing to our company sales staff at our office meeting for
their buyers
5.
Promote your property at our local Real Estate weekly board meeting prior to
MLS tour on Wednesday to create
maximum exposure to other agents in our area
6.
Host Open
Houses: Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Office Tour (Tues.), Realtor Tour Day (Wed.). 3 to 4
hour Open
House once a month (if desired)
7.
Draw up a list of features and benefits for your home that cooperating agents can use while showing
your property
to potential buyers
8.
Arrange and track showings of your home. Collect feedback from other real estate agents
9.
Weekly Seller Updates: Suggest changes to make your property more
marketable
10.
Pre-qualify potential buyers, present and discuss offers with you, and
negotiate contracts to get the BEST price
possible!
Advertising/Marketing:
1.
Prepare ad copy and submit to local newspaper and other CB print media if
applicable.
Submit photo and ad copy for
all websites: BonnieBrabbs.com; NevadaCounty4Sale.com; Coldwellbanker.com; and NevadaCityHomes.com.
